Peacefully at Parkwood Veterans Care Hospital on Tuesday January 5, 2021, Sid passed on to glory in Heaven in his 94th year. Loving husband of Jane Koopmans (predeceased). Loving Dad of Elska (Rob), Thea (predeceased) (Duane), Chuck (Lindsay), Tineke (Henry). Cherished Pake (Grandpa) of Nadine (Olivia), Sara, and Stephanie. Fondly remembered by all Family and Friends in Canada, Holland and the United States. He was a very hard worker and a great provider for us all. We Thank Dad for his Service in the Dutch Military for 4 years, and then later 25 years in the Canadian Military.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date when gathering restrictions are lifted.
