Vincent Samuel Robinson

Vincent passed away suddenly in his 98th year, on July 12th, 2021. Beloved husband of 54 years to Hyacinth (Peggy). Father to John, Shannon, Patrice, Ricardo (Ify) and Yaphet (deceased). Proud grandfather to Maya, Malachi, Lhasa, Karter, Marcellus, and Matthais. Loving brother to Geada and Naomi. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Vincent is pre-deceased by his parents Vida Meade and Henry Robinson, brother Gladstone, and sister Olga Thompson.

Vincent worked hard as a painter in the maintenance department at Victoria Hospital (London Health Sciences Center) for 31 years before retiring in 1988. Vincent always taught the values of family, responsibility, and education. Vincent will be remembered for his amazing dance moves, telling jokes, long walks, gardening, and being a good neighbor.

Visitation will take place on Monday, July 19th, 2021 from 10:00 am-1:00 pm, and 3:00 pm-6:00 pm at Needham Funeral Service (520 Dundas Street, London ON). The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 20th, by invitation only. The funeral will be webcast live for all to watch beginning at 1:00 pm at the link found at www.funeraweb.tv or on the funeral home website www.needhamfuneralhome.com. Burial will follow the funeral service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we kindly ask that all people planning to be in attendance wear a mask or face covering, and please be prepared to provide your full name and phone number for contact tracing.
