IRONMONGER; Vivian Jane: Passed away peacefully, on Saturday December 24th at University Hospital at the age of 89. Vivian is survived by her only son, Scott Ironmonger (Debbie), who was the joy of her life. She is the loving daughter of the late Joseph Charles Jackson and Hannah Elizabeth Jackson, and was pre-deceased by her siblings Mary Helen Jackson, Gladys Jackson, Percy Frederick Jackson, and Winnifred May MacLean. Vivian was widowed after losing her husband, Clifford Allan Ironmonger, who was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces. She enjoyed a long career as a civil servant at CFB London, and enjoyed her many years of retirement thereafter. She will be dearly missed by her son and daughter in law, and by all of those who knew her. A special thank you to the caring staff at Mount Hope in London, for taking good care of Vivian in her final year. At Vivian's request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service held. Cremation has taken place, with a private family burial at a later date. If desired, donations in memory of Vivian can be made to the Humane Society of London & Middlesex.
