

He was one of eight children born to Refugio and Angelina Parga. Albert was an army veteran and served in World War II.
After his service in the army he worked as a shoe repairman. He was a great shoe repairman who enjoyed his job. He loved keeping busy and continued working part time until his 80's.
Al's love of cars continued throughout his life. Over the years he owned so many cars his family jokingly said he could have owned his own dealership. Also, he was an avid fan of WWF wrestling and he could be found in front of one of his four TV's cheering on his favorite wrestler.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Carmen Parga, his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by his daughters Phyllis Parga ( Manny Ortega), Margaret Jorgenson (Jim Jorgenson), Lupe Luna (Tom Luna), Chuy Madregal, two grandaughters, eight grandsons and eleven great-grandchildren.
He will truly be missed by all of us.
