Beverly M. Gardner

Beverly M. Gardner, of Cherry Valley, CA passed away peacefully in her home on July 15, 2011. She was the only child of Hubert J. Casey and Leona M. Fogel of Michigan. Beverly is survived by her daughter, Gayle Kline of Cerritos, CA. A son, Lee Gardner passed away August 2008. Beverly has 4 grandsons and 1 granddaughter, 2 great granddaughters and 4 great grandsons. Beverly has 1 half brother and 1 half sister, both of Escanaba, Michigan. Beverly was born in Escanaba, Michigan on August 26, 1928. She graduated from Huntington Park High School in June 1946 and married Wallace M. Gardner of Wells, Michigan in December 1946. Beverly worked for Bank of America and Douglas Aircraft prior to beginning her career at the Long Beach Press Telegram from which she retired. Beverly belonged to the Downey B and B's and was a member of the Red Hat Ladies in Cherry Valley. Mass will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 10 am at Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha Church in Beaumont, CA and Beverly will be placed to rest with her husband, Wallace Gardner at All Souls Cemetery in Long Beach. www.luybenfamilyd-m.com
