Dolores Prado- Alvarado was born on Saturday, May 05, 1962 to the parents of John Prado and Nellie Hernandez in Compton, Ca. Dolores was better known to family and friends as “Lola”. “Lola” was a lifelong resident of Compton, Ca. She pass into the eternal love of God on Saturday, June 04, 2016. “Lola” was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. “Lola was blessed to be loved by her family and friends, and she will forever be missed! “Lola” is survived by her mother Nellie, her husband Pete Alvarado Sr. Sisters - Mary Helen Prado, Christina Rodriguez, Alma Mecedo, and Julia Mecedo, - Brothers Frank Mecedo and David Mecedo, Sister in-laws Yvette Mecedo, and Penny Alvarado, Brother in-laws Ruben Rodriguez, and Robert Alvarado. Her children Paul Prado, Yvonne Alvarado, Isic Prado, Israel Prado, Olivia Alvarado, Christina Prado, Manuel Prado, Pete Alvarado Jr., Gabriella Alvarado, Rachel Alvarado, and Rosemary Alvarado and her nineteen (19) beautiful grandchildren.
