Elizabeth H. Elliot (83) of Long Beach, passed away March 27, 2011. Betty was a wonderful mother and grandmother, working very hard all of her life. She had volunteered for many activities, held a master's degree and was a school principal in the Irvine School District. She was also active with the San Diego Zoo, California Highway Patrol Seniors, San Diego Airport, Birch Aquarium and Walkabout International. She was the former deacon at La Jolla Presbyterian Church. Her family and many friends will miss her always. Survived by sons, Robert Graffis, Kenneth R. (Nancy) Graffis; daughter, Connie (Rick) Huff; grandson, Nicholas Graffis. Private family services were held.
