Eugenio is survived by his Wife: Maria Vargas & children: Jose Rosendo Soto, Eugenio (Diana Adame) Soto, Jose Gustavo (Arely Lopez) Soto, Maria San Juana Soto, Ana Claudia Soto (BJ Lawton Geronimo), Mayra Soto, Jose Salazar, Claudia Salazar (mauricio Chavez), Mayra Salazar (Leo Moranchel). He is also survived by his parent: Cesario & Maria Soto Palomares, he leaves his legacy on this earth through his 25 grandchildren & is also survived by 8 brothers & sisters.
