Jerome Laurence Clarke (Jerry), 70, passed away October 30, 2013, at his home in Long Beach, California. After serving in the US Army, Jerry graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BA in Industrial Arts in 1972. After teaching for 10 years at Whittier High School, he left to pursue independent business interests, most recently consulting in the computer industry. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Judith (Judy); his daughter Rachel; his brother Gene; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 5th at St. Maria Goretti Church. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to a charity of your choice or American Legion Post 496.
