

In 1938, Grace took him to California, where she later married Joseph Hennessey. John had three older sisters, Laritta, Jean, and Thelma, all who predeceased him and a younger brother, Patrick Hennessey, who lives in California.
In 1955, John married Sandra Grenat. They had three girls; Debra, Sherri and Nikki. He worked over 30 years for Kaiser Steel. He was always proud of his accomplishments there.
In 1990, he married Joy Dinkel, and added her children, Tom and Deborah to his family.
John had four grandsons; Anthony, Kent, Mario, and Evan and one granddaughter, Chelsea.
John entered eternal life June 8, 2014. John loved his family and friends. He loved being a part of the Masons and Shriners. He will be greatly missed by all.
