Jorge Alberto Vazquez Sr. went to be with our Lord God on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at the age of 56 with family by his side. He was loved and respected by many and this was demonstrated during his last days with us.
Jorge leaves behind his beloved wife of 33 years, Rashell, sons Jorge Jr. 33 and Christopher 30, daughters Emerald 21, Trinity 14, Vanity 19, Lulu 16 and six grandchildren. He loved fishing, shooting, and classic cars. His favorite was cruising in his 52 Chevy Deluxe every Sunday for the weekly family gathering at the park by the sea in San Pedro.
Jorge was the backbone of his family, demonstrating the importance of hard work and integrity. He was a tough man of few words but with a heart of gold. You could call him anytime of the day or night and he would not hesitate to be there for you. He would not think twice before giving you his shirt off his back and he help raise other children as well. He loved his Raiders, win, lose, or draw, a true RAIDER NATION member.
He will be lovingly remembered and missed enormously.
