Another holiday season I have to endure without you, the only respite is that I am one day closer to our reunion. You will always will be the highlight of my life.

I figured out that there is no such thing as "moving on", and "getting over it", there are only more periods of distraction until I realize how very much I miss you, the love of my life. Every day you are the example of how a person should live their life, with dignity and and compassion for others. . Trying to make you proud of me but I am having some tough days lately. My best friend fought a horrendous fight from the beginning until the very end.  She rarely complained and brought smiles to all around her.  I'm going to miss our girls' days -  sitting in the park watching the boats and handsome dudes go by, our two hour lunches at La Creperie, and our endless walks.
