Margaret J. Hart

Margaret J. Hart, who lived the majority of her life in Long Beach and Downey, CA but for the past five years, lived in Congers, NY, passed away on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013 at the Joe Raso Residence Hospice of Rockland. She was 93. Margaret was a devout Methodist, gentle, lady like, kind and a true believer in Angels. Easter Sunday was a fitting day for her passing. Her kindness, generosity and deeply loving nature touched all those lucky enough to have known her. She is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Judith and Alan Broffman, her loving son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Corry Hart as well as her cherished grandchildren, Amy and David. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to United Hospice of Rockland.Visitation Thursday April 4,2013 from 3-7PM followed by a funeral service on Friday April 5, 2013 at 11AM both at Luyben Family Dilday-Mottell's Chapel 5161 Arbor Rd. Margaret was born in Seattle, Washington on January 15, 1920. She was a 1938 Poly High grad who spent her last five years living with her daughter, Judith Broffman in Congers, N.Y. Margaret passed on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013, one of her favorite days of the year. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother. She is also survived by her son Robert B.
