To the Banuelos family,

I want to send my deep, heartfelt sympathy for your family's loss.

Nick was truly a breath of fresh air. When he would walk into a room, his smile and radiant expression of happiness to see you would put you at ease in any situation. 
Nick's recent visits to my home regarding his beloved Laker (his dog) and his concern for her care and wishes for her to visit with her puppies (my 2 pit bulls), reminded me of the depth of his love and compassion.

I will always remember and cherish the pure look of love in his eyes and excitement in his voice when his nephew and nieces (my children) were born, and each time he would see them. He felt the same about all of the grandchildren and was never shy at expressing it.

To Anna, I am so sorry that you have to experience the deepest pain a parent could endure. They are our babies no matter their age, and we are never supposed to outlive our children. I hope you will find some peace in knowing that Nick has brought that love and excitement to heaven, to share with his dad (Pops) and his nephews, Henry Jr. and Robby.

On how to excel in sports, hard work ethic, becoming a friend and father. You had a quality i could only try to emulate.  Hope I made you proud. You were there for me every step of the way. Banuelos Family,
I am saddened by Nick's passing.  I am honored to have been a part of his life.  Nick was truly a friend and  will be missed.  Nick and I started hanging out when we where about 18 years of age, we considered ourselves the Rack Pack because we drove sports cars. Nick with his 914, Gerald with his Spitfire, Augie with his MG, Adrian with his Austin Healy and myself a 124 Spider. We believed we where the coolest guys in Wilmington.  We had great times together. Nick will not be forgotten .  
Daisy and I will miss him. I thank him for all the advice he gave me and thanks for being a true friend.  To Anna and the Banuelos Family please accept our condolences. God Bless you all.

To my dearest Brother Nick, you were more then a Big Brother more like a friend. When over seas I could always call you to see how the family was doing. My son Brandon & I will sorely miss you and may your rest eternally in God loving presence.

The Banuelos Familia would like for any donations to go to a pet shelter of your choice. Nick left behind his beloved dog Laker, a 5 or 6 year old pit mix, who will need a new home.
