Rosemary Louise Collins

Collins, Rosemary L. age 86, passed away September 1, 2013, in Cypress CA. Born in Denver, CO, on February 3, 1927, to parents Joseph and Florence Barth, Rosemary married Daniel Horan in 1948. They later moved to San Jose in 1964, and then settled in Cypress in 1973. Her beloved Daniel passed in 1981. She married Hugh Collins in March 1991 in Seal Beach Ca. Rosemary and Hugh traveled the world together. She is survived by her Husband Hugh and two sons Daniel and William Horan, two granddaughters and one great grandson. She had many friends. She was an award-winning quilter and proud member of St. Francis Guild at St. Hedwig’s Church, Los Alamitos. Visitation will be September 8th, 4-7 p.m., at Luyben Family Dilday-Mottell Mortuary in Long Beach. Services will be held September 9th, 10 a.m., at St. Hedwig’s Church in Los Alamitos. In lieu of flowers, make donations in the name of Rosemary Collins to her favorite charity, Precious Life Shelter, P.O. Box 414 in Los Alamitos.
