Mrs. Acuna worked as a hand bag decorator for Etienne Aigner. She had a passion for her pets, her spiritual faith, the Yankees, Chevy Chase, the Rangers, cooking, her family, watching television, piano, walking, outings to Atlantic City the ocean, her home, perfumes, and Perry Cuomo, and her favorite color was lavender.
She was survived by her two daughters Maria Rosenblum, and Helen Giordano, her grandchildren Maritza Salazar Rosener, and Jacqueline Farinas and great granddaughter Isabella Marie Farinas.
Committal Service will be held on Tuesday April 3, 2012 11:30a.m. at St. John's Cemetery located in Middle Village, N.Y.
