I am heartbroken and sad by the passing of my Dad.

Living at home was a challenge for me and for some of my siblings. Although we had our differences, I still truly loved my Dad. The past is now gone and we have to let it go.

In his final stage of life, I believe Dad didn’t know what was going on since no one could come and visit him. It was terrible and sad for everybody.

Due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions, I am very sad that I was unable to visit him in his final days, and unable to attend the funeral service in person.  My heart and soul will be with him always.

I know Papa you are not hurting anymore and may you rest in peace with Mommy.

You will be greatly missed by your daughter Anna (Dan) and your grandkids Nicholas (Angela), Tanya and Eric.

My love will always be with you both.

I too had the pleasure of playing « Dame de Pique » with him.   He definitely loved playing cards. I also have fond memories of being at many family gatherings which I was fortunate to have been invited to.   He always made me feel welcomed.  

I am sad that Covid 19 has taken away our ability to be there for the funeral.  A time when we need each other for comfort.  My deepest condolences to the Iannuzzi family, especially to Mary who is like a sister to me.  My heart goes out to you and your extended family during this difficult time. Even though I am unable to attend, you will ALL  be in my thoughts and prayers on this difficult day.  

Your dad will be missed not only by his children, his grandkids and his many great grandkids but also by those who had the pleasure of knowing him and had a chance to play cards with him.  May he rest in peace along side your mom.   

Dear Papa
I will never forget all the laughs and fun we had when you would come to my house to play cards.   You were always determined to win and you challenged everyone playing with you.  Playing cards gave you a sense of peace and happiness.  I want to Thank you for being very nice to Rosario and Piercey. Despite our differences, you are still my father and I will always love you.
