Gerry, Anita & Neil,
I was deeply saddened to hear about your mom. This must be a difficult time for the whole family. Joan was such a kind and happy soul, who will be greatly missed by all that knew her. I remember when we lived across the street from you and when my parents needed a babysitter your parents were the go to. I was always excited to go because we always got cheese & mac for dinner and your mom made sure we had plenty of it to eat. She was always willing to give a helping hand to all her neighbors. My heart goes out to you and your whole family and please know that your mother's love will be with you forever.

My deepest sympathies to the family. Your Mom was always so loving and friendly to all her neighbors on Redmond Street. I will hold close and cherish the fond memories I have of her - her easy laugh, welcoming spirit and warm heart. May she rest in peace and watch over us as the angel she is.

Sincerely,
Penny Cavener
