I had the pleasure of going  to elementary school with Chris at ETCS and high school with him at LCS, luckily  we were in close proximity for most of our younger years.
Chris was always such a funny and sweet guy. 
Excellent taste, I loved sharing music and movie recommendations with each other on the big blue bus.
Reading about what he had going on in his life and how dedicated he was to his wife, has only solidified what an amazing man he was.
He will be missed, always talked about positively and loved.

I met Chris a few years ago online. He was the leader of our community, and was passionate and kind. Some nights we would be in a call for hours, talking about strategies or whatever else was going on. He was a great person and always fun to be around. He really made the experience for me as a new member of our group and throughout the years. During this time, I never once heard him get mad or raise his voice at someone. He was one of a kind. I'll miss him, and I hope it's known what an impact he had on us.

We celebrated July 4th 2017 together. One of the few times I got to hang out with Chris after graduation and is definitely glad we did! He was always so easy to be friends with and will be missed by many.

Chris came to live with me in Tulsa back in 2018/2019 (when he met Jade). I’ve never been a birthday person and he had never given me a gift. But one day he randomly said “I ordered you a birthday gift, you’re gonna love it. It’s 2 of your favorite things in 1”. 

When this coffee mug showed up with his face we just laughed and laughed, and I told him it was the best gift I’d ever gotten. 

The picture was taken by me on his first day in Tulsa. We were taking it for his Tinder profile, and THAT FIRST NIGHT jade and him met on tinder and began their relationship. He also told me the next day that he knew she was the one, to which I said “wow that is a lot of confidence buddy” 🫶🏼

It will forever be my favorite gift.

ALL memories I have of Chris are happy ones- he was SO effortlessly funny and genuinely kind to everyone.

A few years back I came to know Chris through online gaming. While we never met in person I knew through the way  he made every gaming session we had a fun and memorable one, that he was a kind, wonderful and caring person. He always made me laugh every time we would game with some jokes or just him being goofy. I will miss those moments with Chris and I'm glad we were able to create those moments. I offer my prayers and condolences to his family and friends.

Chris was there everyday. We hung out almost 24 7 on and off everyday if I wasn't working I was in a video call with him goofing off and having the best time of my life. I don't believe relationships are just strictly in person, cause Chris was everything to me. It's all I looked forward to every day getting online and seeing his raw energy. Such a funny positive guy. Never had anything negative to say and that's hard to come by. Chris thank you for giving me the time you gave me

I first met Chris while playing video games with my cousin Trey. From the very beginning, Chris was one of the coolest and kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Whether we were gaming, talking, or just hanging out online, he always made those moments better. I’ll truly miss our conversations and the time we spent playing together. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed.

While never being able to meet in person, Chris was a great friend to me. From the late night gaming sessions to just sitting in discord calls first thing in the morning on weekends to chat it up. Chris never shied away from making me feel like he had known me for years. I will forever miss our goofy endeavors. Much love and condolences to the family.

There are many important things to say about Chris. He was a best friend to my partner Caleb but he was also a good friend to me. He didn’t judge others, he was always incredibly patient and kind. I never heard him complain. He was always honest with you and was not afraid to speak his mind. I always admired him. How wise he was, how differently he thought about the world, and how he shared his positive energy and views with those around him.

In the last few months, I tried to talk to him or game with him most every day. I made it my goal to just try and make him giggle a few times while we were on the phone. Even though I knew he was facing a lot of hardship these last months he never failed to be so kind and patient with me. 

Some of the things I will always remember about Chris are him playing rocket league with Caleb and screaming “WHAAA-CHAA” while trying to score a goal. I will remember the weeks him and Caleb stayed on discord calls for 8+ hours a day while they were gaming or working. His voice was always so comforting to me. It felt like he was in the home with us all the time. 

I am so grateful that I got to meet Chris in person recently. I love you Chris. Thank you for being such a great friend to my husband and to me. I will carry your wisdom you shared with me as I move forward in this life and remember your loving spirit. I’m so glad you are not in pain anymore and you are resting comfortably with your soulmate Jade. 

I send positive, loving, and healing energy to Chris’s family. Chris was a light in this world and I’m grateful I got to know him.

Chris Fuentes was my best friend for maybe 11 years.

We met in 2015 playing video games on the computer, and we spent countless hours together in World of Warcraft and other games. We went through some tough times. Sometimes we stopped talking for a while, but we always came back to each other.

I always thought that’s just how our friendship would be.

He was my best friend. It wasn’t always easy, but I’ve never met anyone as funny as Chris, or anyone who had the same sense of humor as me the way he did. We made so many videos together and shared so many stupid, funny, unforgettable moments.

For months I tried to convince him that there was more life to live, and I kept telling him I wanted to finally meet him in person. I said dumb things to him, I tried to inspire him, and I just tried to make him understand how many people loved him--even if we were just digital friends who had never met. 

But it just wasn’t in the cards.

I’m going to miss him more than I know how to say.

This may not mean much I'm Chris's friend. Chris was everything to me. Coming home everyday and getting in discord with Chris was indiscribable. I loved every minute I spent with him. I'd do anything to have more moments like those. I'm truly sorry to the family and friends who lost a perfect soul. I love when Chris would play games and say "oh yeah!" Or "oh baby!"

My heart goes out to Albert, Karen and Chris's brother Dominick and sister Jessica.
I pray that in the midst of your sorrow, you find comfort in all the joyful memories you shared.  Someone so special will never be forgotten.
