Darla was born October 9, 1960 in Hanover, Michigan tp parents Arthur Amburgey and Opal (Allen) Amburgey.
Darla was preceded in death by her parents and older brother Arthur Allen Amburgey of Jackdon, Michigan. She leaves behind her loving Husband William Franklin Schlau, of Tyler Texas, Daughter Leia Brianne Clark, of Ben Wheeler, Texas and three grandchildren; Shaun Patrick Brannon, Damien Arian Brannon, Feather Raven Wood, brother Tandy L. Amburgey, of Avery, Texas and a host of Nephews, Nieces, Cousins and best friend, from childhood, Vicki Schuette-Kennedy of Hanvover, Michigan.
