Elizabeth Charlene Wilson

Charlene was a graduate of Longview High School. She married Jim O’Wilson in 1967, and the couple had two children. She was a wife, mother, sister, friend, and grandmother.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoyed painting, decorating, and planting. Sitting on her back porch, praying with her rosary. She also crocheted, made jewelry, soap, and wine, and had many other interests.

Her family and friends will always remember her as a person interested in many things, and that she loved spending time with friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Lucy; dad, Richard Arthur O’Connor; and brother, Arthur O’Connor.

She is survived by her husband, Jim O’Wilson; siblings, Sheila Friend and Chris O’Connor; son, Blue Wilson, and daughter-in-law, Beverly; daughter, Amber Denmark, and son-in-law, Douglas; and grandchildren Liam and Alessia Wilson, Ezekiel Wilson, Aaliyah Davis, Erin and Sam McGrath, Future Elam, Emma and Jared Caskey, Wisdom Wilson, Edie Belle Wilson, and Amari Lister. Eleven great-grandchildren, and two on the way, as well as many more family and friends that love and adore sweet Momma! Dance with Jesus!

Visitation and Rosary reading for Elizabeth Charlene Wilson will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Lakeview Funeral Home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 2:00 pm at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Longview. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
