Funeral services for Mrs. Evelyn Naiper Stone, 90, of Longview, Texas will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel. Mrs. Stone was born October 21, 1923, in her grandmothers house near Moyers, Oklahoma, to Wylie and Joycy Anderson Napier, Sr. She loved gardening, cooking, sewing, but most of all she loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband William E. Stone, I, sons, William E. Stone, II, and Stephen Mark Stone, and brother, Wylie Napier, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, D'Ann Hammett and husband Gillis; daughter in law, Judy Stone; grandsons, Justin Stone and wife Lindsey; Michael Stone and wife Stacy; Matthew Stone; granddaughter, Ashley Verhagen and family; and great grandson, Grayson Stone.
