Irene was born March 20, 1947 in Beaver, Ohio, to Richard and Helen Nell Perkins, and passed away October 2, 2016 in Gladewater.
Mrs. Woodruff was a homemaker and Mother, she enjoyed going to yard sales, doing needle point, playing cards, fishing, camping, and watching the boys play football. Irene is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Michael Woodruff, son, Richard Perkins, three brothers, and one sister. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, daughters, Teresa Pierce and husband Scott, Evelyn Smith and companion Mark Williams, son, Scott Litchfield, as well as, grandchildren, Michael Pierce and wife Jennifer, Dustin Pierce, Summer Blackmon and husband Neal, Jeremiah Smith and wife Jessica, Christopher Smith, Jimmy Smith, and Lauren Perkins, Seven great grandchildren, and her faithful companion Buster. Services are under the direction of Lakeview Funeral Home.
