Kelly was raised in Gladewater, Texas and graduated from Gladewater High School in 2003. She married Marc Williams in 2009 and the couple had 1 child. She was a stay at home mom of the past 12 years, since son was born. In her spare time Kelly enjoyed spending valuable time with family and friends, homeschooling her son Liam, and using her skills to make crafts. Her family and friends will always remember her as being cheerful, full of energy, & a light to others.
She is preceded in death by her mother and survived by her husband, son, & father.
