Robert was born on July 29, 1977 in Marshall, Texas to Jennifer Sue and Frankie Lackey and was raised in Hallsville, Texas. He attended Hallsville School.
In his spare time, Robert enjoyed camping, fishing, or just about anything so long as he was surrounded by family and friends. No matter where he was at or what he was doing, he loved making everyone around him laugh and smile. His friends and family will always remember him as a stubborn troublemaker with the biggest and kindest heart imaginable. He made the best out of every hardship, and he always found a way to smile.
Left to honor and cherish his memory is his mother and father, Jennifer and Frankie Lackey, his brother, Jessie Parker, his three sons, Ashton, Dom, and Robert, his three daughters, Brianna, Taylor, and Muzic, as well as his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A visitation will be held at Lakeview Funeral Home, 5000 West Harrison Road, Longview, TX 75604, US, on March 19, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
