Robin Lynn Emmel-Sanchez

Robin was raised in Germany, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Texas. She attended Stanley High School and was a 1989 graduate of Joaquin High School. She later married Reggy Sanchez in 2018.

In her spare time, Robin enjoyed shooting sports, playing pool and was a staunch advocate for the 2nd Amendment and women's rights to protect themselves. Robin was a member of the Pistol Packin' Mamas, and she was a former President of the East Texas Rifle and Pistol Club. Her family and friends will always remember her as one of the most out-spoken, honest, loyal, comically inappropriate and supportive people you'd ever meet. She was also very fond of the "Bird" as anyone who truly knew her would know.

Robin is preceded in death by: her father, Jerry Wayne Emmel; her paternal grandparents, Fred and Florence Emmel; maternal grandparents, Edward and Faye Andrews.

Robin is survived by: her husband, Reggy Sanchez; her son, Dakota Nicholson; her step-son, Anthony Sanchez and wife Sarah; her sisters Melody Emmel Huddleston and Lisa Emmel; her mother Judy Baker and husband Red; several nephews, a niece, and cousins.
