A memorial gathering for Sandra Lynell Parsons will be held from 2:00 p.m., to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, April 9th, 2017 at Lakeview Funeral Home. Mrs. Parsons was born December 13, 1947, in Beaumont, Texas to Hansford and Edna Hanks Welch and passed away April 4, 2017 in Dallas, Texas.
Sandra was a phenomenal cook, a great housewife, and an awesome wife and mother.
She loved her dogs and taking care of her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, Percy Parsons; sons, Jimmy McClelland, and Tony McClelland; step-daughters, Amanda Crushing, and Stacy Warner; brothers, Jim Welch, and Mike Welch; as well as five step grandchildren, and one step great grandchild.
