Sharon Ann Wilson

Sharon was born September 9, 1935 in New Orleans, LA where she was adopted by Lee & Rosa Mae Mosier. She grew up in Beaumont, TX and later attended nursing school in Malvern, AR. She retired from Texas Bank and Trust after 12 yrs.

Sharon enjoyed spending time with her family, singing in the church choir where she was a long standing member of Greggton First Baptist Church and attending White Oak football games where she resided until 2022.

Sharon Wilson was preceded in death by her late husbands, Marvin Gourley in 1989 and Charles Wilson in 2022. She leaves behind her daughters Cathy, Jan and Linda; her grandchildren Roy Lynn, Lara, Tiffany, Tony and Britnee; her great-grandchildren Ean, Laney, Lillian, Ava, Madalyne, Cash, Marlee, Ryan, Lula and Emoree; her great great-grandchildren Ace and Lillian’s unborn daughter. She will be greatly missed.

Our family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Arbor Grace Guest Care Center and Good Shepherd Medical Center who took great care of her in her final days of life.

A visitation will be held 4:00PM to 6:00PM Sunday January 19, 2025 in the chapel of Lakeview Funeral Home 5000 W. Harrison Rd. Longview, TX 75604.

A funeral service will be held 1:00PM Monday January 20, 2025 in the chapel of Lakeview Funeral Home 5000 W. Harrison Rd. Longview, TX 75604.

Followed by a graveside service at Lakeview Memorial Gardens 5000 W. Harrison Rd. Longview, TX 75604.
