

Victoria was raised in Memphis, Tennessee, and graduated from Whitehaven High School and UT Martin. She married Richard Raiford, and the couple had one child.
She worked as a property manager, a pit boss, and a veterinary clinic receptionist. In her spare time, Victoria enjoyed gardening, crocheting, cross-stitching, playing BunKo, and spending time with her animals.
Her family and friends will always remember her as a genuine, loving person who was always willing to help anyone. She was someone who had never met a stranger.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Shultz; her father, Ed Fisher; her sisters, Carla Collins and Jenny Fisher; and her beloved grandmother, Mildred Shultz.
She is survived by her son, Trey Raiford; her brother, Kenny Fisher; and her sisters, Leigh-Ann Funderbark and Kathy Perry. Nieces and nephews include Kayla Fisher, Katie Perry, and Adam Perry.
A Committal Service will be held at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, 5000 W Harrison Rd, Longview, TX 75604, US, on July 3, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
