William “Bill” Sinclair, 71, of Longview, Texas passed away on August 13, 2014 after having had a valiant fight against numerous illnesses. Bill was born on March 8, 1943 in Houston, Texas to H.A. and Modene R. Sinclair. He enjoyed reading, taking care of his flower beds, looking for bargains. Bill was a caretaker at heart and cared for both of his parents until their passing. He retired from Weatherford Pipe Fitting Division in 2004 after over 18 years of service, where he had been a plant supervisor.
Bill is survived by his daughter: Debra Webb and her husband Mark of Sargent, TX; sons: John and Steve Sinclair both of Longview; grandson: Devon Sinclair of Longview; sister: Elaine Martin and her husband Mike of Longview; several nieces, nephews and extended family members. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2014 at the Lakeview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Tim Smith officiating. Flowers are permitted or memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Northeast Texas, 303 Enterprise, Longview, TX 75604 or at hsntx.org.
