Wyota Nell Wallace

She was a legal secretary for 14 years. She also worked for Gregg County Clerks Office in the Criminal Division. She was also a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for Gregg County. She also worked as a jailer. Later in life she worked for Lakeview Funeral Home.

She was a graduate of The Dallas High School.

Her father Taft Wake and mother Edna Clayborn. Sister Merlene Holloman, brother James Wake preceded her in death.

She is survived by a daughter Kelly Wedgewood, son Kevin Wallace; grandchildren Jesse King, Zachary Wallace, Jakeb Wallace and, Shaylyn Wallace; great grandchildren Kyndall Wallace and Levi King. As well as numerous special nieces, nephews and other loving family, friends, and special pet Douie.

Wyota was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will not soon be forgotten.

A private celebration of life memorial will be held at a later date.
