My condolences to his wife, his children, his family and friends.  I met Gus back when I worked at Division 7 in 1995.  I think the last time I saw him was when I left MTA in 2005. My Dad was the one who broke the news to me and it saddened me.  What I will remember most about Gus , is his infectious smile and the way he squint his little eyes when he laughed. Fly high, brother! Watch over your kids, let them know you'll never be far away and to look for the subtle signs that you will be sending them.  Prayers and strength to all those you hold dear and are going to miss you terribly.
