It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carmen Robles Chavez, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Carmen was born in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, to Antonio Robles and Esperanza Castro. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, leaving behind a legacy of love, joy, and laughter.
Carmen lived her life with an unwavering devotion to her children: Guadalupe, Rose Mary, Isaac, Fabian, Jesse, and her stepchildren Alicia, Diana, and Fabian. She adored her 33 grandchildren and great-grandchildren, cherishing every moment spent with them.
A woman full of life, Carmen was known for her witty sense of humor and infectious laughter. She loved dancing and had a special fondness for Oldies music and Mariachi, often bringing joy to everyone around her. Carmen’s zest for life was evident in her role as the life of every gathering. Whether she was telling jokes, dancing, or cooking her favorite dishes — enchiladas and salsa — Carmen's warmth and spirit were always felt.
Her family and friends will deeply miss Carmen's presence, her radiant personality, and the many memories she created. Though she is no longer with us, the love and laughter she shared will remain in our hearts forever.
Rest in peace, Carmen. You will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing you.
