July 30, 1948 - July 22, 2011
After a courageous 5 1/2 year-long battle with cancer, Diane Fisher, 62, passed away peacefully in her sleep, at home on July 22, 2011. She was the daughter of Sid and Doris Fisher of Palm Springs, CA, both of whom predeceased her.
Diane is survived by her loving partner of 13 years Maria Celocruz, several relatives, and many friends. She will be deeply missed.
Services will be private. A celebration of Diane's life will be held at a future date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations in Diane's memory may be made to the Healing Through Art Group of the Simms/Mann -- UCLA Center for Integrative Oncology.
