Born April 20, 1925 New York, NY, to George and Margaret Niddrie. She is preceded in death by her younger brother Kenneth Niddrie. Malibu resident of 47 years passed away March 17, 2011. After graduating from Radcliffe College in 1946 she moved to California. At the UCLA Medical School, she met her husband-to-be, Ralph. He was a professor and she was a secretary in the Department of Physiology. They married in 1952, enjoying years of traveling and living in Sweden and England. Her hobbies included stained glass, knitting, embroidery and gardening. She volunteered countless hours as a garden docent at the Malibu Lagoon Museum and on the Admissions Selection Committee for Harvard/ Radcliffe. Survived by her loving husband, Ralph, son David(Abby) Sonnenschein, daughters Lisa(Gary) Branch and Ann(Kevin) Beard, eight grand-children, two step-grand children and one great grandchild.. pbwvmortuary.com
