Phyllis Lilly De Vellis passed away on June 4, 2025.
A memorial service will be held at Pierce Brothers Westwood Village, located at 1218 Glendon Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90024, on October 18, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. A graveside service will follow from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm. A reception will take place from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
