Ron was always such a kind and cheerful man. I am so saddened to hear of his tragic passing! Gone from us too soon. He will be remembered and greatly missed.

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. My sincerest condolences. (Psalms 116:15)

Sankar and I were so shocked to hear about the news of the passing of this inspirational man. We knew Ron for many years, as a neighbor and friend of Donna's. We will always recall our fond times together, his ready laugh, his constant smile, and loving nature. A majority of our neighbors in our condo complex also got to meet Ron as he and Donna attended our annual Christmas party and other significant life celebrations over the last 28 years. We will always remember his jovial attitude, kindness and sincerity.

We're both so sorry for the loss of Ron.  Joe knew him a lot more than I did, but we had some great visits when he came to Iowa last summer.  He was a good man.

Smart, leader, negotiator, team player and the kind of guy you want on your team. Ron was a visionary. He could see a piece of land and see it's future use and development. He could give you an estimate of the amount of dirt you would need to import or export and have the actual number come in pretty close to his estimate.

He was kind, gentle, firm when he needed to be, passionate in his work and in his life. He loved his friends and set a good example in doing just that. A colleague was a friend. A client was a friend. A government official was a friend. That's just who he was. You liked being his friend. 

He didn't worry about how much money he could make, but liked being in the deal. His goal was to help others make their goals.

He lit up with a smile when he talked about family and his close loved one.

I met Ron 44 years ago. We liked each other. He helped me with development questions and I helped him with tax questions. We grew in our professions by helping others. We shared the same Catholic faith and knew what it meant to love God and to love neighbor.

We became partners in several real estate projects and shared time socially as couples. We enjoyed the Hollywood Bowl for many years, and he and Donna came to Laughlin where we each own a Condo on the Colorado River. In the last few years he and Donna came to our Christmas parties. 

I just talked with him two days before the accident that took his life. I thank God for that gift.  God's speed my friend in your new life of eternal happiness. Watch over us and pray for us you left behind. Our faith is that we will join you someday in the future.
