Sacha was my dear cousin and best friend. His presence would light up a room and everyone I met had something great to say about his personality and compassion. His early departure has left a deep sorrow in my heart and our memories together will last a lifetime. You are truly missed and there is not a single day that goes by where I do not think about you and all of the great lessons you bestowed upon me. Rest in peace, my dear friend.

Hi Sacha, miss you loads....so many funny memories with you in so many different countries around the world. You really inspire me and I keep memories of you close to my heart.

Miss you lots and remember you always

I have lots of memory with Sacha and my son Soroush.
Lots of happiness , ate and sleep over in my place.
Whenever Sacha runaway from his home he used to come to my home to laugh with my handsome boy.

I worked with Sacha in Chicago during his training. He was a hard working, kind, compassionate physician with a generous nature. He had a quite sense of humor and an easy smile. I am truly saddened and incredibly sorry to hear of his passing at so young an age with so much incredible potential. My heartfelt and deepest condolences to his family.

I've known Sacha since we were 9 years old when we first entered Canada and lived in the same building. Growing into the most handsome amazing man, who took everybody's breath away, Sacha will always be remembered and cherished. I will never forget that mysterious mesmerizing face. Love always

I just learned of Sacha’s passing. I enjoyed his company in medical school. He was brilliant. Funny. Altogether wonderful. My sincere condolences for all touched by this loss.

My sincerest condolences...I was friends with Sacha at the University of Guelph, we have lost touch...he popped into my mind today and I decided to google him to see if I could find out where he ended up. How sad I am to see that he has passed. He was a wonderful kind person. We had lots of great times at Guelph and got into some fun mischief as well! There was an old cannon on our campus that people painted different colours secretly in the night, it was funny to see it transformed over night. I still remember a group of us including Sacha stayed up late one night so that we could go and paint the cannon and try not to get caught! I must have some old pictures from those times, if the family is interested in them, please contact me and I will send you the photos I can find.

I was blessed to know sacha for about 15 years. He will live forever in my memory and in my heart. thank you for giving me a lifetime of memories filled with laught, joy and happiness. I will always love you and will miss you forever. I will never forget his kindness. May God give him eternal rest and to the family the strength to bear the great pain.

We send prayers to family and friends from Arizona and MWU

I was very sorry to hear of Dr. Tehranchi's passing. He was among one of the first classes at AZCOM that I taught. While I did not have the opportunity to get to know him well I do recall that he was pleasant and hard working. I am sad that he is gone too soon. My condolences and sympathies to his family and friends.
