Scott Gormly

Scott Benjamin Gormly passed away on January 12, 2011 at the age of 25. Most beloved son of proud parents Dave Gormly and Mindy Pearce. Awesome big brother to Sarah and Steven. Adored grandson to Gloria Pearce and the late John Pearce of San Mateo and to George and Norma Gormly of Troy, MI.

Scott was a strong and determined young man who battled a major injury and showed remarkable recovery. He was never deterred and succeeded in graduating from CalPoly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was working in the aerospace industry at the time of his death.

Scott was a quiet man who touched so many and is dearly missed by many friends and family.

A memorial service to celebrate Scott's life will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church in San Carlos on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 3:00 PM.
