Theodore Edmund Alexander

Theodore Edmund Alexander (Ted, Teddy) passed away on January 18, 2023 at the age of 95. He was born on August 13, 1927 in Hood River, Oregon where he grew up. Upon completion of High School, he served two years in the Army at the very end of WWII. He went on to attend UCLA, eventually getting his PhD in Medical History in 1969. Ted became a science teacher, primarily teaching at Poly High in Long Beach. He loved learning and teaching, gardening, writing poems, and was actively involved in the Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife Joyce, his daughters Patty and Pam, his stepsons Jeff and Greg, plus additional family and friends too numerous to mention.
