You don’t know us but Fred Glazer my husband and I certainly knew Urban and his mother and father.
Our friend Claus Scherer just informed us of his passing.
When Urban was in Chicago , he and Fred were extremely close because Fred owned Regensteiner Printing. Fred also adored Mel and Dicky.
We are very sorry for your loss, we have many wonderful memories of the time we spent together.

Thanks for the job at Bowers & Ink Systems. My condolences to Paul and Carl. RIP Urban.

Well, working for his Company was not that great considering the elimination of sick leave, paying every two weeks instead of every week and asking people to take a 10% pay cut yet seeing his extravagant lifestyle. I have no sympathy for him.

We had nor have ever met someone like Urban, we met Urban during a purchase transaction on one of my Spacke cars, he was so much fun and had so much energy, he opened up his house and his collections, showing off not only his cars and motorcycles (Amazing), but his Levi jackets and Zippo lighters (Crazy). He just seemed to have so much fun everyday. My condolences to the Family and Friends, he will be greatly missed...

Dear family,  I am so saddened to hear of Urban’s passing.  He holds a very special place in my heart.  I am sending all my love to his family and friends.  May your hearts mend and your memories stay strong.

When I think back at the times when I would have lunch with Urban and his son it was always a special event. The sarcasm and jokes were non stop. When I think about it today those times always make me laugh. Urban was always such a giving person. But he never wanted anyone to know it. He will be greatly missed. We certainly need as many Urbans in the world today. God Best  you Urban.

I worked at ink systems in commerce 1995 I was hired at Penn litho graphics during that course of 10 years of working in all the mejor implants that ink systems had in Los Angeles area, I had the privilege to meet and work with Mr Urban and Tim Vanscoy.They both were good My condolences to The Family.May He rest in peace.
