Diane R. Tingle

Diane worked up through the country planning department over 40 years, officially becoming the Planning Commission Secretary while unofficially running everything in the planning department with her extensive knowledge and ability to get things done.

She was a violinist in the San Luis Obispo County Symphony for over 40 years, toured with them to the Sydney Opera House, Carnegie Hall, Spain and others. She traveled the world with friends and family her whole life. She had a love for antiques and art and brought home pieces from every adventure shared her exuberance for life with her husband Bryce and her daughter Larisa.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bryce Donald Tingle. She is survived by her daughter, Larisa Jean Tingle

Family and friends are invited to a memorial on July 27th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m, at Los Osos Valley Cemetery with a celebration of life to follow at the Tingle residence after the memorial.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the San Luis Obispo County Symphony under Diane’s name.
