I met Jeff several years ago.  His mom, Mary Bess, was married to my Cousin, Ernest Maltby.  Jeff was a kind and caring man. He also had a delightful sense of humor. 
Rest easy, Jeff.  You will be missed.



I met Jeff England when I was a freshman in college, and it is not an understatement to say that his introducing me to the Baha'i Faith changed the whole track of my life.  There are hundreds of people like me who, directly or indirectly, owe a great deal to Jeff.  I hope his last days were easy.
