Ada Helen Lanham, 74 formally of Louisville passed away Saturday in Centralia Illinois. She was a retired caregiver. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Shipley (Mike), Mary Dietrich (Charlie), Ada Wetherford (Bill); Ex-Husband and Friend, Jack Lanham; 9 grandchildren and 10 great Grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held 3:00pm Friday at the Heady-Hardy funeral home, 7710 Dixie Highway. Friends may visit on Friday at the funeral home from 12:00noon until service time and after funeral till 8:00pm. Cremation will follow services with burial of urn in Bethany Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
