87, of Louisville passed away on April 27, 2016 surrounded by loved ones.
She was born on July 11, 1929 in Louisville.
Anne was the Supreme Inspector of Kentucky for the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls for over 40 years. She was a Past Grand Matron of the Grand Chapter of Kentucky Order of the Eastern Star and a member of Queen Esther Chapter.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Melvin L. Dukes and two daughters, Dee and Alisa Dukes.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Melva Dukes and the thousands of Rainbow Girls whose lives she influenced and who lovingly called her “Mom Anne”.
A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at the Scottish Rite Temple, 200 East Gray Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. Visitation will also be on Sunday from 2-4.
