Tony is preceded in death by his father, Millard Leigh Douglas. Here to carry on his memory is his adoring wife, Beth Douglas; his mother, Linda Lee Douglas; his children, Benjamin Douglas, Nicholas Douglas, Melanie Douglas, and Johnathan Douglas; his step-children, Daniel Mahaffey, Preston Ames, and Sydney Ames; six grandchildren; his brother, Don Douglas (April); his nieces Adalyn Douglas and Avy Douglas; and a host of extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky, 40218. A funeral service in Tony's honor will begin on Wednesday morning, September 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Tony will be laid to rest privately in Resthaven Memorial Park.
