He is survived by his sister, Susan Lush; nieces and nephews, Gregory/Maryam Lush and Karyn/James Wright; great nieces, Rebekah and Jayme Wright; and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 3:00 am pm Arch L Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Road Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 12:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
