Bill is a WWII Navy veteran. He has bartended for several country clubs over the years and the Shrine Temple. He was also a trucker for many years.
Bill is preceded in death by his son, David Green; parents; and 5 siblings.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Margaret Green; children, Barbara Abner (Gene), Carol Borie (Bill), Donna Dobson (Cloyd), and Roger Green; daughter-in-law, Cheri Green; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and sister, Mary Phelps.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Bill at 2pm on Monday, October 6, 2014 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with graveside to follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington.
Visitation will be from 11am-2pm on Monday at the funeral home.
