Arthur spent his working life doing various jobs over the years, including security installation, steel work, HVAC, and mechanic work. In every role, he brought a practical skillset and a dependable work ethic—hands-on work that reflected a person who valued doing things well and seeing them through.
Arthur is survived by his wife, Cindy Blizzard; his son, Jacob Jutz (Wendy Denecke); and his daughter, Amanda Jutz; step daughters, Brandy Carter, Rolonia Carter. He is also survived by his grandchildren Kyra McClellan, Colten Jutz and Isiah Collier, Robert and Montgomery Curry, Anthony Grubbs and Jasmine Fields; former daughter in Law, Lindsey Carter; and his nephew, Chris Talipsky.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Effie Jutz; his sisters, Donna Talipsky and JoAnne Jutz; and his nephew, John Talipsky.
Visitation will be held at Advantage Heady-Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3601 Taylor Blvd, on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Cremation was chosen.
