Aubrey “Butch” Rayburn, 72, of Fairdale passed away January 29, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 30, 1942 in Louisville to the late Aubrey Daniel and Margaret Gordon Rayburn. He was retired from General Electric and was of the Catholic faith.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Rayburn; two sisters, Louise and Barbara.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Jennifer Johnson (Paul) and Jennette Campbell (Jack); three grandchildren, Cody, Jodi and Olivia; and siblings, Glenda, Carol, Shirley, Bonnie and Danny.
A celebration of his life will be conducted Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 12:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1-8 on Monday and from 10 till service time on Tuesday both at the funeral home.
